1. Shipping
Once payment is confirmed, orders are shipped within 3 business days.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and courier services.
We do not guarantee exact delivery dates, but most orders arrive within the estimated timeframes shown at checkout.
Tracking numbers are provided only when available, as some postal services may not issue them.
2. Returns
Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of purchase, in accordance with UK and Turkish consumer laws.
Products may only be returned if they are unused, unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Opened or used cosmetic/health products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless the product is defective or not as described.
3. Return Procedure
To initiate a return, customers must email info@podogen.com with proof of purchase and reason for return.
Podogen must approve the return in writing by email before the product is sent back.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
4. Refunds
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Refunds are issued using the same payment method originally used for the order.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
5. Legal Compliance
This policy complies with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK), and with Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers (Turkey).
Where mandatory consumer rights provide longer or stronger protections, those laws shall prevail.
