1. Parties
This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between:
– Seller: Podogen (Podogen London Ltd), Bow Business Centre, 153–159 Bow Road, London, E3 2SE, United Kingdom.
– Customer: Any natural person purchasing Podogen products via the website www.podogen.com.
2. Scope
This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 concerning the distance sale and delivery of goods ordered through www.podogen.com.
3. Products & Pricing
The main features of the products (type, quantity, brand, model, colour, price including taxes) are displayed on the website.
Podogen reserves the right to adjust prices, provided the Customer is informed before order confirmation.
4. Ordering Process
Customers place orders via the website by selecting items and confirming payment.
A confirmation email is sent once the order is accepted.
If an item is out of stock, Podogen may cancel the order and issue a full refund.
5. Payment Terms
Payments can be made by credit/debit card, PayPal, or other secure methods listed on the website.
All payments are processed securely; Podogen does not store card details.
6. Delivery & Shipping
Products are delivered to the Customer’s address within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout.
Delivery delays outside Podogen’s control (e.g., customs, courier delays) do not constitute breach of contract.
7. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)
Customers in the UK have 14 days from receipt of goods to cancel without reason.
To exercise this right, customers must notify Podogen at info@podogen.com.
Products must be returned unused, sealed, and in original packaging.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods.
8. Exemptions
Opened or used cosmetic/health products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons, unless defective.
9. Warranty & Liability
Products are warranted against manufacturing defects for 12 months.
Podogen is not liable for improper use, negligence, or third-party handling of products.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of English courts.
